As we count down the days to our one-year anniversary, it’s safe to say it has been a hell of a ride so far. But more than a look back at our achievements, this is an opportunity to pay homage to the Herd — Stake DAO’s loyal base of supporters, partners, enthusiasts, degenerates, and all-round legends!
Nearly a year-on from the humble beginnings of our V1 launch, it’s time to start looking back at what we’ve built with our amazing partners (with some fantastic input from the community), and ultimately set the scene for what we have in store this year.
Let’s not wait until the 20th of January to celebrate!
What is Degenuary?
Degenuary is our one-year celebration event on Twitter, each day focusing on one of the partners that have helped us grow to what we are today. Anyone can participate in the games of the event and increase their chances to win one common Pythia NFT (floor price 1.7 ETH) and $500 in the Stake DAO strategy of your choice (except premium strategy).
1/ AMAs: each day we will host an AMA on Twitter Spaces with the partner of the day. This will be the time to look back at what we’ve built so far, answer the questions the Herd might have, and maybe drop some alpha about what’s next!
2/ Games: each weekday from 10/01 8am CET to 19/01 9pm CET we will share one very simple game, with basic rules as follows:
To enter the game you must follow @StakeDAOHQ, retweet the post with the hashtag #Degenuary and share the answer in comment. The rules will be stated on every post.
Each time you fulfill the rules of the game, you get one chance to win the final prize. You can increase your chances of winning by successfully playing several games of the event.
The games are active from the time they are posted to the end of the event, 19/01/2022 at 9pm CET.
We may disqualify contenders if their posts and related tag includes inappropriate, offensive, or other derogatory language or information.
The Prize Winner will be chosen at the end of the event from all eligible participants at random.
How will the winner be notified?
The Prize Winner will be notified after the event on twitter and contacted through private messaging in order to get the necessary information to give the prize.
